We use a secure payment system Stripe and Daniels Kitchen & Bar does not hold any customer credit card details. When you submit personal information to Daniels Kitchen & Bar it is to ensure that the information collected by Daniels Kitchen & Bar is used to support your participation in the activities you select. Incidents in which this would occur would be when registering and purchasing products. In the case of purchasing products the information is used to identify you when you collect your products from us or to contact you in relation to your pending transaction.. When you are asked to enter any personal details or credit card information the web site will be secure. Your card number will be encrypted and replaced by a unique transaction reference number. Personal information other than credit card details are maintained in a password protected internal secure server, accessible only by a limited number of authorised employees.
At present we do not offer delivery as an option here at Daniels Kitchen & Bar.
We reserve the right to refuse any order should it be necessary for any reason and in the event of needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to do so within 10 working days. You have the right to cancel an order up until food preparation is started. Depending upon peak business times this could be as little as a few minutes. Orders can only be cancelled by telephone. Orders cancelled before food preparation is started will be reimbursed using the same method used for payment. Any order cancelled after food preparation has begun will be charged to the customer, and no refund will be given.
You must be over 18 to use our ordering facility. If you are under 18 you must ask your parent or guardian before you buy anything on the Daniels Kitchen & Bar website, email the website, send in any information to Daniels Kitchen & Bar or ask Daniels Kitchen & Bar to email you anything.
